"I grew up watching my grandfather and father build and fix everything in our home. Home is where families spend their time together, make memories, turn a house into a home. Being invited into a family's home and creating that personal connection for them is why I do what I do.

 

I grew up in Bulgaria and immigrated to Turkey when I was a teenager. I've been a builder as far back as I can remember. In Turkey, I built homes, offices, tree houses and everything in between. After moving to Northbrook with my wife (she is from here) in 2007, I began working at Castino painting and home services. The owners consistently gave me the most creative and difficult projects to manage and construct.

 

Clients loved my work and would specifically ask for me to come back and do more work. After 2 years of work, I created R Kaya Construction and have not look back since.

 

We have done hundreds of projects with hundreds of happy customers. I love what I  do and love to see my customers love my work."
